For trimming and length-dividing of sheet materials like raw and coated chipboards, MDF-panels, blockboards et al. in continuous flow.
Processing of single panels from below or, if required, from above.
Transport- and pressure-rollers before and after trimming- and dividing saws for guide and transport of the panel material
Cross processing Saw system F 100:
Cross processing of the panels with processing motors positioned below.
Transport of the panel (at the trimmed edge), with a pusher from the length-processing-unit through the cross-trimming-saws.
Transport of the panel after the cross-trimming with a pusher on a lifting device or transport unit arranged beside of the depositing table.
