One of the cornerstones of our Handling & Assembling Division is the BM30 revolving, telescopic and folding mounting bench, suitable for machining doors and frames, such as:
- the mounting of the hardware
- the mounting of the clips
- the mounting of the gaskets
- the glazing
- the sealing
It can be used for any material: wooden windows painted with water-based paint, aluminium, steel and PVC.
The overturning from horizontal to vertical takes place via hydro-pneumatic cylinders with a capacity of up to 250 kg, while the idle rotation takes place on a continuous 360° ball bearing ring, without end-of-stroke stop.
Rotation lock is possible in any position, both horizontally and vertically.
The roller conveyor at the base is retractable from the surface in a horizontal position and its activation is automatic with the lifting of the surface.
Its extensions are sliding thanks to the recirculating ball guides.
The BM30 adapts perfectly to a large variety of door and/or frame sizes: the width can vary from 140 to 300 cm and the height from 200 to 300 cm.
