Like every Clamex connector from Lamello, the Clamex S-20 is also detachable and is powerfully connected to the counterpart via a lever. The machining for the connector can be undertaken according to the proven Lamello system with the Classic X or the Top 21 biscuit joiners. The connector halves are anchored in the groove with two screws each and ensure a strong hold. The small 6 mm access opening for closing and opening the connector offers an aesthetic finish, whether for corner, surface or frame connections. A new feature of the Clamex S-20 is the narrow design, which allows installation in very thin materials. Mitre joints are possible from 14 mm material thickness or butt joints with installation into the edges from 8 mm material thickness. Like every Clamex connector, the Clamex S-20 can be used for angle connections from 30º - 180º. The system includes a drilling jig, which is included in every sales unit. This enables precise positioning of the drill, even at acute mitre angles.
