The QBV 200 permits to fit cross milling and holes in both round milled or profiled as well as square logs.
This machine permits to make perfectly adjusted connections in rounded logs by three-dimensional manual adjustment. According to demand the operator can adjust the height, the width and the angle of drill or hole to make in the logs.
Their fields of application are e. g. the angle joints for log home construction, stable, frame and bridge constructions or the wooden material for the landscape architecture such as fences, carports, palisades , flower boxes, raised-beds, guardrails etc.
The QBV consists of a frame, a solid welded steel construction.
The round saw, our special working tool, is designed for log asymmetrical processing as well as at its front side.
The working tool can be turned +/- 60 degree.
The QBV can also drill 90 ° holes in the logs by flat drills up to Ø 120 mm .
