Cutter heads for flat and shape surfaces with high speed steel knives (HSS) designed for professional machining of soft solid wood and with carbide knives (HM) or with profile knives (HM) as exchangeable inserts designed for wood, glued wood and wood-based materials.
Cutter heads of various sizes and type of use, for precise machining of flat surfaces, grooving, rebating and profiling. Knives for cutter heads are made from the highest quality high speed cutting steel in special heat treatment technology, in vacuum heater, which has been properly selected for the type of work, parameters and conditions prevailing during the machining, in order to guarantee proper work of the tool, both in standard and extreme conditions. Cutter heads are designed according to individual customer’s needs in order to optimize and adjust the construction to the machine, working conditions, material type and customer’s expectations to guarantee efficient work. Cutter heads are offered in traditional version with steel body and with aluminum body for reduced weight.
Standard cutter heads dimensions range within Dmax= 400 mm and Bmax= 350 mm, (for spiral cutter heads type G309 and G509 Bmax= 250 mm). In case of machining wider elements, we design and produce sets of cutter heads consisting of several heads.
