This debarker is built with a fixed rotor, which means that you must center the logs before their introduction. Therefor, our machines is paired with an hydraulically-powered balancing conveyor. The debarker is equipped with a set of 120° articulated rollers to keep the wood well centered.
Three models are available for our fixed-rotor debarkers: SE450S, SE650S and SE800S, for maximum diameters of 450mm, 650mm and 800mm respectively. The minimum diameter is 80mm, with a minimum length of 1.6m.
The speed range goes from 20 to 90m /min, depending on the type of wood and logs diameters. This allows us to debark logs up to 6m long with high feed rates, matching the needed production volumes for modern saw lines canter type.
All rotors can be equipped with four to five arms, set in pressure by air springs, with an interchangeable tungsten carbide knife.
