DP shank cutter programme for HPL panel material
Straight-cut DP end mills, DP profile tools, DP drills and DP countersinks have been developed for milling very dense materials such as HPL/solid core, solid surface materials, cement- or gypsum-bonded materials. The HPL programme includes over 70 tools.
DP shank cutter 2.0 with optimised chip removal
The diamond shabk type series with particularly stable solid carbide bodies for excellent running smoothness and increased resistance. All 2.0 shank cutters are available in the optimised version and chip evacuation from the cutting edge has been fundamentally improved. This significantly reduces the wear caused by multiple cutting operations and enables a long tool life.
DP nesting shank cutter
This high-performance end mill for nesting applications is particularly suitable for MDF and multiplex and for sizing chipboard, both with and without coating.
These durable diamond tools ensure tear-free results and maximum tool life. Significant development steps have also been taken in the area of tool digitalisation as part of Industry 4.0. Many of the aforementioned tools can be managed via the AKE tool.data app for the first time.
