The Diemer belt conveyor type A is manufactured with belt widths of 300, 400, 500 and 650mm in lengths from 3 to 20m.
The belt frame is manufactured as a welded construction from special steel tubes and flat materials, the belt upper run is guided with inclined walls in a sheet metal channel as an abrasive belt, the belt return run is intercepted with dovetail rollers or continuous return rollers, drive and reversing roller are ball bearing mounted, tensioning station at the reversing roller, rubber fabric belt EP 200/2.
The drive is made by an electric gear motor with dust-proof encapsulated chain drive to the drive roller, belt speed in standard version 0,4 m/sec, electrical installation on belt frame made on terminal box.
All metal parts are sandblasted, primed and spray painted according to RAL 6011 machine green.
The belt conveyor can be manufactured according to individual customer requirements.
