The Diemer vibratory feeder DS is supplied as standard in feeder widths from 250mm to 800mm. Larger trough widths than 800mm as well as special designs, such as sieve troughs and integration of metal detectors with metal-free zone, are possible. Standard lengths range from 3 to 20 meters.
The Diemer vibratory feeder is excellently suited for conveying all woody bulk materials up to heavy solid wood. It can be used horizontally as well as for slightly rising or falling conveying sections.
It is particularly suitable as a feed and infeed conveyor in front of residual wood shredders (e.g. Diemer automatic residual wood shearer, Diemer horizontal wood shredder). The insertion of even the heaviest pieces is possible without any problem with the robustly constructed chute made of sheet steel. As a collection conveyor, it can be fed lengthwise and crosswise with belt conveyors, chain cross conveyors or storage chutes. For sorting and selection of chips and shavings, the Diemer vibratory feeder can be supplied with sieve trays for two or three fractions.
