Door frame assemblies using assembly foam require special tools that enable precise alignment and support. And this is exactly what BESSEY offers a solution for: a door frame assembly system with perfectly coordinated clamping tools.
The door frame clamp TU gently and precisely fixes the door frame when foaming the wall joint. It is designed for door widths of 56.5 to 101 cm with millimetre accuracy. Its reversible clamping brackets with large clamping surface and removable extension arm make it easy to work with. By simply repositioning the clamping brackets, frame depths from 6 to 13 cm and from 13 to 30 cm can be individually and variably adjusted.
BESSEY also has a solution ready for the installation of barrier-free doors with excess width. It only takes a few simple steps to connect the rods of the TUX door frame brace extension to the strut without using tools. When using a single extension bar, it already achieves a reach of up to 148.5 cm. If both rods are connected to the TU, door linings up to 196 cm wide can even be installed. The TFM-2K door frame straightening clamp provides perfect support for fine adjustment of the door frame. It allows the fixed door lining to be moved gently without damaging the decorative lining or walls that have already been wallpapered. And with the help of the WTR angle door frame straightening clamp, door frames can be held and aligned horizontally and vertically at an exact 90° angle.
Under the name TU-TRAGE, the door frame clamp TU is available as a set of 6 in a practical nylon wheeled case. All assembly tools can thus be stored safely and protected from dust and easily transported.
