Our Konstantin® Mini DIA grooving cutter family was specially developed for the highest demands in CNC machining. Thanks to continuous further development, we offer a wide selection of milling cutter types that are perfectly matched to different applications.
With the innovative Konstantin® Mini exchange system, the DIA cutting edges can be easily and independently exchanged directly on site. For longer working lengths, it is even possible to interchange them. By using disposable blades, the diameter remains constant - this means that no tool data has to be corrected in the software and measurement errors are avoided.
Our FinishCut series ensures particularly high edge quality requirements, while different tooth variants enable optimum adaptation to different feed rates of the CNC spindles. We even offer a solution for tear-intensive materials: The Speedy series with a 54° breast axis angle is ideal for precise joining operations and reliably reduces tear-outs.
