With the presentation of the UNIDRILL, a drilling machine for the double end automatic operation of straight and right-angled workpieces, KOCH showcases a machine, which is of special interest for manufacturer of drawers, frame parts, profiled rails and furniture components.
The machine is equipped for horizontal drillings into workpiece ends (both-sided) and into workpiece edges, as well as for vertical surface drillings from above and below. Thus, drilling operations from six sides are possible.
For optimal workpiece alignment and processing, the machine is equipped with a freely movable workpiece center support with stop and back stop, as well as a parallel guided clamping bridge, which ensures that the workpieces are clamped and held in the correct processing position.
Due to its compact and also sturdy design, the UNIDRILL needs only very little floor area, while maintaining high performance. Like all KOCH machines, the UNIDRILL is also characterized by quality and accuracy at the highest level. Due to the modular design it can be individually equipped with drilling units and/or a dowel insertion unit.
