The key features of the Evolution Defibrator system include a high-capacity ADI plug screw feeder system with exceptional dewatering capacity. The plug screw feeder can be tailor made for every case by it´s modularized design. Valmet´s EVO Defibrator comes with a patented second-generation grinding disc housing. Manufactured with thick cast-parts, the patented housing has undergone thorough computer simulations, as well as full-scale tests, that show energy and resin consumption savings of up to 10%. Refiner segment technology, bearing system with no axial play, exterior design that contributes to operating stability and facilitates access for easier maintenance are other important elements to form our state-of-the-art EVO Defibrator system.
