Microprocessor controlled wood moisture detector for determining the moisture content. The FMW measures the moisture content by holding the built-in sensor (front side) on the product to be measured for half a second. After the specific weight of the corresponding wood species is entered into the FMW, the moisture content of the wood species can be determined extremely accurately. The FMW enables measurements on types of wood with a specific weight of 250 to 1100 kg/m³. Because the FMW Moisture Meter measures material moisture simply by touching it, using high-frequency technology, moisture measurements can be taken without damaging the surface. Among other things, this allows the FMW device to be used preferentially for end products and for a quick check. The FMW is particularly suitable for finished products
