The PARTICLEVIEW 2D measures the geometry of wood particles directly within the production line – continuously and in real time. Any changes in chip geometry are detected immediately, allowing manufacturers to identify and resolve issues such as clogged screens or wear on the chippers at an early stage. The collected data also helps to optimise chipping and gluing processes, directly improving the quality and efficiency of the final chipboard panels.
