The SCALPER, featuring individually controlled segmented scalping rollers, utilises precise measurement data from the GreCon MATCONTROL HF to directly adjust the production process. Material fluctuations are detected and automatically corrected, ensuring a more uniform distribution and greater product stability. Critical areas, such as panel edges, gain additional strength, while material consumption is reduced, lowering production costs.
Working in tandem with GreCon MATCONTROL HF, which provides the necessary measurement data, the SCALPER is at the core of the GreCon FORMATOR - a comprehensive solution combining measurement and process control. While MATCONTROL HF delivers precise data on material density and fluctuations, the SCALPER actively adjusts production to ensure optimal distribution.
