Extremely lightweight, stable magnesium, fibreglass reinforced plastics, and cold drawn BESSEY quality steel: this optimum mixture is characteristic of the innovative, high-tech KliKlamp lever clamp. That's why the smallest KliKlamp weighs just 260 g - simply ideal for assembly work or where several clamps are being used at once. Despite being so lightweight, the KliKlamp is also extremely stable and is therefore perfectly suited to jobs that require light and medium clamping forces.
The KliKlamp with clamping brackets made of die cast magnesium and the clamping mechanism made of high-quality plastic is light in every way: light in weight, light when applying pressure, easy to control. Thanks to the stepped ratchet mechanism, you can achieve a clamping force of up to 1,200 N quickly with just two fingers.
The release pin prevents the clamps releasing independently even if vibration occurs and therefore guarantees safe work. When the release pin is pressed, the clamp releases at lightning speed.
The pressure cap on the clamping arm is made of fibreglass-reinforced polyamide and the protective cap on the opposite side enables delicate workpieces to be clamped gently. There is a crossed v-groove below the removable protective cap; this can be used to clamp round, pointed and angular pieces without problems.
BESSEY offers the KliKlamp with clamping widths of between 120 and 400 mm. The KliKlamp is also available as a set of 16 in 4 sizes, sorted in a practical systainer.
