Joy 450 is a Fully Automatic Orbital Stretch wrapping machine which is the most effective product in terms of price and quality. You can customise, save all the recipes you need and recall when you need. The powered roller conveyor in the infeed and outfeed supports the fully automatic integrated process. Total length is 4.0 m and is perfect to pack long goods, stack packaging, door packaging, door frame packaging, furniture packaging, tray packaging, cardboard boxes and sheet formats. Pro Stretch Wrappers and air bubble welding units are designed for heavy duty work with a total mass of 400 kg. WRAPPING AND BUNDLING PROGRAM SELECTION:
The products are wrapped and bundled lengthwise according to the selected parameters. Operator inputs the parameters and saves in the menu only once. You can save as many products as you want in the menu. There is no limit. This is a great advantage in terms of productivity and no risk of human error. Switching from one product to another takes less than 3 seconds.
REPORTING JOY Series Stretch Film Wrapping Machines comes with INDUSTRY 4.0 features. Pro Wrappers are connected to our DW Cloud system and you connect and see from your Mobile or Computer anytime and get a full report of work done. This is a standard feature and gives the whole report to measure and improve your process and productivity.
