Barberan can deliver complete lines suitable for different working widths and for both, small and high production capacities. They are suitable to work with hotmelt glues PUR, EVA or APAO as well as with PVAc or UF glue. For laminating boards to be used in the furniture or door industry, we offer wide panel wrapping machines for widths up to 1300 mm, board laminating lines like the ECOLINE, KL and COMPACT LINE series suitable for widths up to 1700 mm and heavy duty laminators as the RFU series for board widths up to 3200 mm. We are also specialists in manufacturing panel gluing and indexing systems as a result of accumulated experience obtained manufacturing the previous mentioned type of machines through out the years. We offer manual, automatic and half-automatic systems for gluing and assembling honeycomb doors and panels, which can include feeding devices for panels, door frames and skins, as well as gluing, indexing and pressing machines. There are different line configurations available where the customer can achieve production speeds of 2, 4 or 6 doors per minute. Within this range we offer also stations for the automatic assembling of door frames and expanding of honeycomb.
