Our innovation „Konstantin® PRO“ represents the new milling cutter system with exchangeable diamond blades. The milling cutter head is suitable for industrial use on common edgebanding machines and is characterized by its constant diameter even after multiple sharpening cycles. Thanks to this special feature, all machine adjustment work is eliminated.
The innovative technology makes it quick and easy to change blades. With the help of a torque wrench (2.2 Nm), the blades can be replaced smoothly and efficiently on site. The screw and clamping wedge remain in the base body and cannot fall out. The system can be resharpened up to five times, removing only 0.3 mm each time. A visible status indicator on the back of the blade shows the remaining resharpening zones.
