Leg Machine SMLM 4K ED, produced by Störi Mantel, is a device designed for manufacturing the bottom parts of pallets, also known as pallet legs. Whether pallets are assembled using nailing machines or manually, Leg Machine is designed to produce the bottom parts of pallets with the highest quality and precision. Production Cycle Speed: Up to 9 pieces per minute, assuming a standard 1200 mm pallet leg with three blocks and three nails in one joint with a board.
Precision: Nail pattern accuracy is +/- 1 mm, and depth penetration accuracy is +/- 0.5 mm.
Safety: Maximum operational safety is ensured through features such as a protective fence around inaccessible parts of the machine, emergency stop button, optical monitoring of supply and output tables, light curtain in the nailing center, safety doors on the service ramp, etc.
