Dynamics in perfection. The high-performance KUPER ACR for extremely efficient production of veneer decks. It efficiently produces small or large veneer widths – with rapid feed and short cycle times, even for wavy or particularly narrow veneers. Kuper dynamic.
Our current concept combines tradition with modern technology and design. The new KUPER ACR crossfeed veneer splicer builds on greater speed with consistently high quality – by means of perfectly meshing processes thanks to our trend-setting “intelligent” controller. The optimization is based on 80 years of know-how and experience in the development and production of veneer splicing machines. The individual processing steps are perfectly synchronized. Inlet transport belts receive the pre-glued veneers, align them, measure them and transport them to the splicing zone. The optimized integrated first sheet feed enables a rapid and secure processing, even for narrow and wavy veneers. For convenient maintenance and cleaning the system can be moved to a service position, which ensures very good accessibility to all important function units. The built-in cross cutting knife cuts the veneer sheet exactly to the set fixed dimensions, which is then automatically and precisely stacked in the tray. All production parameters are listed in the well-organized operating panel on the screen and immediately available.
