P-System connection for lightweight materials and speedy installation
The LC P-16 combines the advantages of lightweight construction with efficient Clamex technology. Due to its width, the LC P-16 is anchored in the surface layers and acts as an adapter where a Clamex P-14 connector can be inserted.
Optimisation of the manufacturing process thanks to easy assembly
The LC P-16 lightweight connector significantly improves the machining and assembly process. The time-consuming use of a concealed timber edge is eliminated, which speeds up the production process and also saves material. The simple assembly – the connector is simply slid in – completely eliminates waiting times due to glueing.
Perfect compatibility with the Clamex P family
The LC P-16 provides strong anchorage for the Clamex P-14 connector halves in the edges of the lightweight panel. The Clamex P-10 connector half can be inserted directly into the surface. Alternatively, the Clamex P-14 Flexus or Clamex P-14 CNC connectors can also be used. The Clamex P-10 connector half is best suited for the surface.
Three product sizes for maximum flexibility
Lamello offers the LC P-16 in three sizes: LC P-16 × 11, LC P-16 × 17 and LC P-16 × 22. These variants enable precise joints for the most common lightweight panels. Machining with two to three operations is carried out either with the Zeta P2 or, even more efficiently, with the CNC machining centre. The LC P-16 configurator determines the right product size and milling positions for the respective application.
