A new machine developed for working and forming solid surfaces like Corian and other materials. Two machines in one: one single structure with a HEATING KILN and a cold vacuum FORMING PRESS.
Using a jig made of mdf or plywood this machine is able to form the composite material which has been previously heated up to a temperature of ca. 160 °C in the kiln placed in the lower part of the machine (max. temperature of the kiln 200 °C). Forming occurs in the upper part of the machine by means of the membrane vacuum cold press. It is possible to work up to a max. working piece height of 500 mm. As option we can offer a shaped silicon membrane able to process working pieces with a max. height of 900 mm.
