opti-color presents information the automatic coating/varnish supply and control system MCS for usage at modern coating and printing machines as well as for ink and coating suppliers to support their customers for demanding applications. In the day-tanks the level is measured continuously with automatic refill valves for the main coating, during the entire usage the temperature is measured and controlled with heating and cooling function from the central supply assembly.
By the combination with automatic opti-color viscosity control systems it is also ensured, that the mixture in the production tank is controlled. Even smallest changes of coating/varnish viscosities are detected and regulated by addition of necessary solvents. Optional volume / flow sensors are available to monitor precisely the consumption of the media e.g. in the supply lines to the day-tanks.
