Schuko mobile dust extractors of the Vacomat series are specifically designed for extracting wood chips and dust in the woodworking industry. Thanks to various sizes, they offer the perfect solution for every process and need—from space-saving single-workstation extraction to a powerful central extraction system for entire machine parks and CNC production machines. Our Vacomat is suitable for substances such as plastic, paper, non-metal or mixed materials (with dusts up to dust explosion class St1). For CFRP (carbon fibre reinforced plastic), GFRP (glass fibre reinforced plastic) and gypsum dusts, special equipment such as pressure surge cleaning or HEPA H13 post-filtration offer optimum results. Due to the special safety requirements, we ensure compliance with dust class M in accordance with TRGS 553 with a residual dust content < 0.1 mg/m³. A Vacomat is ideal for joineries and carpentry workshops and not only ensures cleanliness and health protection in the workplace, but also high machine availability.
