With the new generation of machines, we are redefining the standard for innovation in double belt press technology. Over 100 innovations have been incorporated into HAILEY's development, which celebrated its premiere in September 2024. From 2025, the system will be available to customers for material development, sample production and series production.
Exclusive conditions for the release
Future models in this series can be individually adapted to specific production requirements. With a pressing pressure of up to 80 bar and a production speed of up to 50 meters per minute, it is ideal for the production of CPL and CHPL.
- Modularity: HAILEY impresses with its modular design, which can be specifically adapted to the customer's needs. Peripheral units for various processing steps - from material loading to cutting, milling, grinding and coating - can be seamlessly integrated.
- User-friendliness and easy maintenance: LED guidance systems support the precise threading of the material by intuitively displaying the optimum path guidance. Thanks to an innovative spindle concept, belt and seal changes are revolutionary easy. HAILEY's motto: More time for the essentials - material processing.
- Intelligent control: HAILEY is equipped with the latest sensor technology, which controls automated processes such as lifting and lowering.
