Pinomatic OS is a special stacking device designed for fast cross-cutting saws. No compromises have been made in the machine that combines speed, uninterrupted operation and a heavy-duty structure, allowing it to work even with large-size materials. The machine includes a motorised side transfer unit, which controlled way moves pieces away from the saw
conveyor. Thereby no 'saw kicker' is required.
Pinomatic OSL is suitable for lines that have not been lifted up. The stacking machine has conveyors running upwards, in which case the stack height can be increased.
Optional equipment available for all models:
- cylinders that turn a layer at a slight angle, enabling stacking without intermediate stack strips
- conveyors for ready made stacks
Optional equipment available for OSL:
- a turning device, which receives the turning signal from e.g. scanner in the line
