We transport raw panels within your production facility on plastic chain conveyors. The design is adapted to the load to be conveyed. Alternatively, roller conveyors can be used.
We recommend two-line chain conveyors for transporting pallets, lattice boxes or special containers. Turntables and right-angle stations turn the raw panel stacks according to the requirements for the converting process. Transfer cars pick up the goods from the storage area and transport them to the respective converting machine and back to the storage area.
Our MINDA MoveIT visualization and control software controls the process and defines the optimal transport without any loss of time. Vertical lifts connect the superposed levels in an intermediate storage or different levels of your production halls.
