Polishing / buffing machines are used for polishing /rubbing lye, stain, oil and lacquer on flat workpieces such as wooden floors.
All machines are designed for an industrial use, hence the very robust design. The machine frame, built from a highly welded framework, ensures a vibration-free and high-quality machine construction which guarantees a year-long reliability.
Depending on the application, different widths and designs are available. Depending on the coating, lye, stain, oil or ((UV) lacquer, different brushing techniques can be used, such as pads and brushes.
Because the coatings can differ per application in viscosity, length, thickness and the like, all pads and brushes are adjustable in direction of rotation and adjustable in speed. The height adjustment according to thickness of the workpiece is also easy to read.
Both the pads and the brushes are available in different hardnesses and designs such as nylon, felt, coconut, Tampico, horsehair etc.
