Our stacking systems consist of robust welded suction boxes and are equipped with pneumatic down pushers and a conveyor belt. This sophisticated design allows for multiple stacking stations along a continuous veneer conveyor, providing consistently high stacking quality— regardless of the material.
For the removal of stacked veneers and the automatic filling of new empty pallets, Grenzebach offers a wide range of solutions precisely tailored to our customers' needs. The precise coordination of all components offers gentle and reliable stacking, even with particularly thin and sensitive veneers.
An impressive example of our capabilities: We have developed the world's longest stacking system, with a length of approximately 40 meters and 15 stacking stations, a milestone that represents the highest levels of efficiency and innovation.
