The PREBENA Slider are special devices for optimal guiding of pneumatic staplers. It ensures faster, comfortable and precise working.
The pneumatic stapler 5C-Z75 or 5C-Q75, installed in the PREBENA Slider, can be moved without considerable effort over the suface out of gypsum cardboard, gypsum fiberboard or other wooden composite boards that should be processed. Rollers let the device slide in both directions over the material smoothly, without generating any traces.
The PREBENA Slider can be triggered with single shot for fixing of the boards anytime or automatically roll-controlled with four easy adjustable staple distances of 40 mm, 60 mm, 80 mm or 110 mm. The result is an optimal appearance of the staples on the material. The PREBENA Slider has trigger on both lateral handle grips of the device whereby it is also suitable for a 2 men-appliance.
A guide-sight slot on both sides and an adjustable lateral stop up to 140 mm enable an easy keeping on track. The device is equipped with empty shoot control, adjustable exhaust and a safety device at the bottom, that protects from shooting offside the material as standard. Comfortable transport is possible through a handle. Because of the exclusive pneumatic and mechanical control, no electrical connection is necessary for the PREBENA Slider .
The PREBENA staples type Z are recommended by the company Xella for fastening of fermacell- and gypsum fiberboards and accords to the requirements of the Eurocode 5. An angle of staple entry of 30° according to Eurocode 5 is given through the construction of the PREBENA Slider as well.
