The Pro Flow model is equipped with a PLC for the automatic control of the working and washing cycle. The pieces are lead through the machine by motorized rollers. A photocell placed at the entry of the machine let the recirculation pump and the air blades work only when the pieces are within the machine and only for the necessary time, in order to reduce consumption. A series of nozzles in the second chamber sprays the impregnating product, while air blades placed in the first chamber avoid product leaks towards the outside. A series of air blades placed after the application chamber eliminates the product excess. The machine is also equipped with two tanks for liquid collection in order to keep the work area clean. The strengths of this new model of Pro Flow are its accessibility, easy cleaning and the possibility to use different types of products in an uncomplicated way.
