This 2nd generation robot is the evolution of the first model, presented about 10 years ago: in these years, Finiture has installed more than 50 painting robots in all the world. Thanks to the latest version of the WINPAINT painting software, Finiture's clients can perfectly paint all kind of interior and exterior doors and windows, from the simplest to the most complex, with noticeable saving of both time and product. Thanks to a bi- or tridimensional scanner, the WINPAINT software can elaborate the program of the robot's axis movement in real time, without the operator's intervention. To paint the most complex forms, it is possible to equip the scanner with laser sensors in order to identify every detail of the piece which must be painted. The robot can be also supplied with different kinds of spraying equipment in order to adapt to the different kinds of paint, no matter if they are dye, base or top coat.
