This system operates based on a “teach and play” method, where it memorizes tasks taught by the user and repeats them with precision.
When switched to teaching mode, the system adapts to the user's movements and follows their guidance. During this process, it records all motions and commands, storing them in its memory. It can save multiple tasks under different names and play them in a desired sequence via a playlist. Playback speed can be set to the original teaching pace or adjusted to be faster or slower.
Entirely developed through local engineering, the system can function not only as a 5 or 6-axis robotic arm, but also in Cartesian or rotary axis mechanisms with varying degrees of freedom. This flexibility allows the software to be integrated with a wide range of machines and robots operating under similar principles.
It is extremely user-friendly: pressing the record button starts capturing movements, while the play button initiates playback. Like a video, recorded motions can be fast-forwarded, rewound, paused, and resumed at any point.
