The rotor debarkers from Baljer & Zembrod are specially designed for medium-sized sawmills. The centrepiece is the rotor with 3 or 5 knife arms made of high-strength steel with screwed-on knife plates and rotor bearing via a large-diameter roller bearing. The brazed-in
carbide cutting edges ensure a long service life for the knives. Special knives for winter operation and knives with pre-cutters for short bark are also available.
All debarkers work without compressed air, i.e. all functions are performed hydraulically.
