We offer the Wet Profile Grinder SHARK 1000 EVT.- Central electrical blade height Adjustment.- Grinding wheel is direct driven, eliminates vibrations and deep pass (heavy removal) operation is posible.- Grinding wheel with a big diameter of 14" maintains the profile longer while grinding and has better thermal characteristics.- Tooth shape is produced by cam which can easily be changed.- All mechanical adjustments are with linear ball bearing gides.- To insure moisture free operation all mechanical guides are placed in the rear of machine.- Tooth height, tooth pitch, tooth face +/- and tooth back +/- adjustments are done electrically and work independently of each other.- Built in diamond tipped wheel dresser.- Grinding wheel with electronic speed regulation.Options:- Adaption for frame or circular saw blades.- Saw blade clamping system, clamps the blade automatically tight when grinding the face of the tooth.- Electric adjustment for hock angle.
