The rotation unit enables dual-side operations by rotating labeled materials, making it essential for front-and-back surface processing. Once machining is complete, the unloading and cleaning unit swiftly removes the finished workpiece and clears the table for the next cycle. Transfer conveyors further streamline production by staging parts for the next station, minimizing downtime. For manufacturers seeking greater automation, optional robotic integration is available to reduce manual labor and support continuous, high-efficiency operations.
The TAB CORE-X is driven by OEMAK’s PC-based CNC control unit and custom interface, offering full control and ease of use. Supported by OEMAK-developed NumCAM 2D software, it ensures simplified programming, even for entry-level operations.
