Using vacuum absorbent pads make a production with various vacuum units possible.
• with brush to sweep off the support,
• with scissors lift, to minimise the operating speed or
• with lateral clamping rollers.
Product lengths until 6.000 mm can be destacked.
With the portal destacking the raw wood will be processed in layers. The top layer will be aspirated and lifted off. Then the layer will be transported, in the most cases, crosswise to the transfer point.
Special attention while dimensioning should be paid to the quality of the large format stacks.
All boards need to have the same length and the curvature may not exceed a defined tolerance level.
With the double vacuum unit, it can be unstacked in layers. The destacking system reaches a high efficiency due to this double unit.
The top layer will be aspired with vacuum bellows and transported up first, then crosswise. While the first layer is placed, the second layer will be aspired simultaneously.
This module is used in the parquet flooring and laminate industry.
