The vertical panel saws of the SECTOR series allow one-man operation from the panel store to the finished, precisely sectioned workpiece, while convincing with smooth and ergonomic operation. They impress with a powerful saw unit with a power rating of up to 9.0 kW and a cutting depth of up to 80 mm. For varying materials, there is also the option of using stepless speed control. For quick adjustment of the saw unit for the trim cut, the Sector series can be equipped with a new line laser function. This enables the machine operator to immediately recognize the programmed cutting line. With an installation footprint starting at 5 sqm, the vertical circular panel saw is unbeatable in this area and saves you the cost of additional space. The revised professional Opti-Base V-Cut cut optimization always achieves the best optimization result for vertical cutting thanks to perfect material utilization. Even the smallest production cells experience the great advantage of digitization. The clearly arranged user interface and the new 15.6" multi-touch screen ensure fast and intuitive operation and management of jobs, materials, and parts lists. In addition to the material savings from the smart software, the operator also receives workpiece labels with all part and machining information as well as barcodes. The integrated offcut storage management with automatic compartment assignment navigates the operator to the right offcuts in the right compartment. Also, half-formats are saved during optimization in job preparation because offcuts are recognized and can also be used. Special features such as tile (HPL) cuts or block parts – i.e. front or veneer applications – can be mapped via optimization. Decors are displayed in detail on the screen and the grain direction automatically rotates with them.
