The EVOjet M 2.0 is our latest version of dry resin application systems. After drying, a trap removes large foreign particles from the fibers to protect the spike rolls. These fast-rotating rolls break up the fiber stream before it enters the resinator. Special nozzles atomize the glue into the finest droplets to ensure optimal fiber bonding. Controlled protection air is added to prevent the freshly glued fibers from sticking together. A unique air slide elbow that works with recirculated fibers keeps the resinated fibers from touching the surrounding ductwork.
