Vacuum tube lifters are true multi-talents: They provide valuable services in many areas of application, such as handling cartons in shipping, stacking bags in agriculture or transporting buckets, canisters and drums in the chemical industry. Of course, this also applies to the woodworking industry, where vacuum tube lifters relieve employees when turning and moving wooden boards. Equipped with the appropriate peripherals such as mobile cranes, forklift connections or easy-running rail systems, they can be expanded into a flexible complete system.

AERO-LIFT Vakuumtechnik GmbH from Geislingen-Binsdorf is one of the innovation drivers in this segment. With the recently introduced second-generation FORCE-LIFT, almost all goods can be handled with just one device, in addition to bulky and weighty OSB and MDF boards. This is ensured by an integrated quick-change system in combination with a wide range of suction feet. With a load capacity of up to 300 kilograms and a lifting speed of up to 60 meters per minute, the big brother of the previous FORCE-LIFT is also a real powerhouse. In addition, its operation is as simple as it is sophisticated: An operating handle with a feel and look reminiscent of the throttle grip on a motorcycle makes it child's play to control the device. As if that were not enough, a spring balancer is included in the scope of delivery for handle lengths of more than 500 millimeters, which keeps the system balanced at all times without putting undue strain on the operator's musculoskeletal system. From a purely constructive point of view, the FORCE-LIFT | 2 impresses with its powder-coated robust aluminum housing, which makes it resistant to rust and is said to remain unperturbed even by light knocks and impacts. This is also supported by the fact that the tube lifter complies with the latest safety regulations according to EN 14238: 2004.
