The moving grate firing of the LCS-RV series are offered in the power range from 70 to 2,400 kW. In addition to the usual dry and low-ash fuels such as coarse shavings, wood chips, pellets and chip briquettes, this type of firing system is also suitable for ash-rich and moist fuels with a high water content, and is particularly suitable for production residues from wood working and fuels with an increased tendency to slag.
The moving grate technology enables the use of inexpensive and varying fuels and is also suitable for coarse particles in the fuel (from grain size P45S) thanks to a hydraulic insert. The compact design ensures a small insertion dimension. The efficiency is over 90 %, which guarantees high performance. Of course, the emission requirements according to the national regulations are fulfilled (1. and 44. BImSchV). Convenience is guaranteed by the complete ash removal from the combustion chamber and heat exchanger. With a capacity regulation of 30-100 %, the system can be flexibly adapted. Maintenance is easy to carry out thanks to large inspection openings.
The firing systems are optionally available with the SNCR process to reduce nitrogen oxides.
This boiler is characterized by complete de-ashing of combustion chamber and heat exchanger and a particularly good price-performance ratio.
Each system is individually designed and equipped according to requirements to ensure tailor-made, efficient solutions.
The firing systems are manufactured in Germany and offer direct customer service from the manufacturer.
