EPAL is the recognised standard for deposit systems in transport and warehouse logistics. Everyone recognises the famous EUROPallet by its branding. It is ubiquitous and symbolises a globally standardised logistics system.
We are also listed as a licensed supplier of inkjet labelling systems for marking EPAL products with our EBS-2600. This means that, as a manufacturer or repairer, you can also use our printer to label new pallets or replace one of the six blocks.
Thanks to our extensive catalogue of EBS-2600 accessories, you can easily integrate the marking device into your existing production line. This means you can obtain everything you need from a single source, providing an all-round carefree package.
The advantages of an ink-based solution are clear compared to conventional methods of marking, such as branding stamps. Set-up times are much more efficient. There is no need for heating up or cooling down – our EBS-2600 is ready for operation within a few seconds. There is no need to stop the labelling process to change the belt – our EBS-2600 prints while the process is running. There are no expensive energy guzzlers either, as our EBS-2600 has a power consumption of just 15 watts.
It can be operated intuitively via a convenient colour touchscreen or remotely via a web browser. This makes it easy to create and print texts in any font size, as well as raster graphics, geometric shapes, barcodes and two-dimensional codes. The height of the print image can be customised to up to 71.8 mm. The specially developed, oil-based ink is ideal for marking absorbent materials, such as pallets, boxes and crates. These surfaces stand out thanks to the perfect intensity and durability of the print. This is efficient and beneficial from an ecological point of view. This is because our EBS-2600 labelling system only uses solvent-free and odourless consumables.
