LIGNOLOC® by BECK is the first collated wooden nail developed for applications in industrial production and ecological wood processing. From production to recycling, the wooden nails impress with their environmentally friendly properties and are available in many different variants. Thanks to their mechanical properties, they can be processed efficiently without pre-drilling using special pneumatic nailers or nail heads in multifunctional production bridges.
LIGNOLOC® by BECK can be used to fasten timber façades, cross-laminated timber modules, solid timber walls and wood-based materials: circular construction without metal, glue or adhesive becomes a reality.
Thanks to the special design of the LIGNOLOC® nail tip and the heat generated by the friction when the nail is driven in, the lignin of the inserted wooden nail fuses with the carrier wood to form a pure bond.
LIGNOLOC® wooden nails offer numerous advantages:
● Efficient and time-saving: Pneumatic insertion – no pre-drilling, no gluing
● Thermal efficiency: thermal bridges are prevented
● Durable aesthetics: no wood discoloration or traces of corrosion
● Reworking without tool wear: LIGNOLOC® wooden nails protect tools and saw blades when reworking wooden elements
● Improved fire behavior: No abrupt failure in the event of fire: the nails behave like solid wood
New in the range: LIGNOLOC® wooden nails with stepped shaft
With a diameter of 3.5 mm and a length of 22-40 mm, the new LIGNOLOC® wooden nail offers the ideal solution for precise and fine work. Particularly suitable for kitchen and furniture construction as well as for demanding interior finishing projects, this nail impresses with its stepped shaft, which minimizes the risk of splitting wood. A length of 25 mm will also be available from April 2025.
