Compact, versatile, powerful and precise - that is the CNC machine centre MC-15, which is used for general carpentry joinery, such as framing, chalet construction and also bar joinery. From simple element construction, to elaborate roof constructions with trims and profile heads, to free-form engineering timber construction, there are almost no limits to the possible applications. The system can be configured with 1 or 2 cross beams and with up to 6 units. The system does not require a tool changing system, as the desired tools are pre-installed on the aggregates. The multifunctional joinery centre with freely equippable processing units offers space for up to 21 tools, which can be exchanged quickly and easily. The speed can be determined individually for each tool.
The system convinces with its modular design, so the customer can configure the machine according to his needs. It processes wood dimensions of max. 1'300x300mm and still convinces by its small space requirement. The milling and drilling units can be realised as two or four spindle heads. All rotatable and swivelling axes can be interpolated. This enables completely new dimensions for machining all 6 reference sides of the workpiece.
As standard, the automatic loading and unloading unit has a length of 8'000 mm, but this can be customised according to customer requirements. As a new feature, the machining operations can also be fed into the machine from left to right.
