NEOS Fighter is an industrial inkjet single-pass printer designed to deliver exceptional print quality, high speeds, and great productivity. It is available in a Roll to Roll configuration, ideal for flexible materials with thicknesses up to 500 microns, and in a Belt version for transporting rigid or semi-rigid materials with thicknesses up to 50 mm. It can print at speeds of up to 150 meters per minute and can be configured with up to 12 color/pinning slots.
The Fighter series is present in the packaging, label, publishing, furniture, and design industries. It allows real-time configuration of color and varnish sequences, variable data printing, double-sided printing, and precise peripheral management for synchronization. It uses UV LED or water-based inks, offering a wide range of accessories and surface treatments.
With reduced print preparation times, the ability to queue and run multiple projects in sequence, and the use of advanced printheads, the Fighter series sets new industry standards.
