The quality of the surface plays a decisive role in wood processing. This is why the sanding and edge-breaking steps are of great relevance. Not only a pleasant feel is important, but also the preparation for further work steps, e.g. for varnishing. To achieve the desired surface quality, we recommend using boeck sanding brush discs.
Our sanding brush discs are ideal for sanding and edge-breaking wood! They achieve a low contact pressure on the workpiece and thus ensure a smooth surface and ideally rounded edges.
The boeck sanding brush discs are available in two versions. One with firmly bonded individual brushes or with the brush holder. Firmly bonded sanding brush discs offer the advantage of more fill on the disc surface, while the brush holder allows you to change the individual sanding brushes manually.
Due to the open arrangement of the abrasive cloth flaps, the fill is very flexible and allows the tool to adapt to the contour. Together with the tampico fibre fill, they still provide sufficient grip to ensure adequate contact pressure on the workpiece. boeck sanding brush discs are available for stationary and manual machines.
The boeck brush disc holder enables the individual brushes to be changed quickly and easily with minimum effort. However, in order to maintain a perfect and even sanding pattern, it is advisable to only change every second brush after wear. This alternating change ensures that the aggressiveness of the brushes remains constant with the same machine settings. If all brushes are replaced at the same time, the sanding behaviour will be too aggressive at the start of use and will decrease over time. The numbering on the side of the individual holder slots helps to maintain an overview.
