The StoNail 5000 R is a versatile gantry nailing machine with a rotating table and robotic stacking, ideal for the production of custom pallets and crate components. The rotating table features two work areas (3000 x 1700 mm each) and a 65° tilt angle for ergonomic operation. Optionally, the table can be equipped with plywood sheets and a modular pallet clamping system.
The frequency-controlled nailing bridge supports complex nailing patterns with up to three independent nailer pairs and six nail guns. Safety features such as collision monitoring ensure smooth operation. The integrated robot (e.g., Kuka KR210 R3100-2) handles pallet removal and stacking – both standard and nested – and allows for a maximum stacking height of 2800 mm.
Intuitive programming is managed via a 12-inch touch panel with Siemens PLC control. Features such as pallet and nail counters, saved programs, and internet access for remote maintenance enhance efficiency. Safety measures, including fencing, light barriers, and emergency stop buttons, ensure secure operation.
