Our system offers fully automated and precise stacking, combined with fast and accurate movements. The operation is intuitive via a touchscreen, ensuring user-friendly handling. Thanks to its robust design and the absence of pneumatic components, the system remains fully operational even in frosty conditions. Additionally, the recorded data from lumber measurement can be directly used for invoicing.
The system is highly customizable to meet specific requirements. Optional features include a board ejector for variable board widths and air gaps – ideal for drying – as well as alignment rollers for longitudinal alignment of lumber. A rejector enables the removal of defective boards, while electrically adjustable side supports and a mobile machine frame facilitate operation at various workstations.
Technically, the system impresses with a flexible stacking width of up to 1200 mm, stacking heights of up to 1200 mm, and board lengths starting from 1500 mm. It handles board widths between 50 and 300 mm, heights from 15 to 120 mm, and weights up to 75 kg per board and 500 kg per layer. With a cycle rate of up to 25 pieces per minute, the system ensures maximum efficiency and productivity.
